OVERVIEW: SSP America is a food-and-beverage hospitality operator that develops, manages, and franchises restaurants, bars, cafés, and other dining concepts in airports across North America. I worked on several proposals for them including this one for Salt Lake City. The work involved laying out copy dense pages, selecting captivating supporting imagery, designing mockup menu layouts and showcasing each restaurants features such as floor textures, wallpaper, color schemes and fixtures. These were often 100+ page documents that were then printed and hard-bound.
